Not What You Think It Is
The manufacturer says these are cast stone but they look and feel like plastic. They are somewhat flexible which is both good and bad. The surface is rough so I would guess it will attract dirt from fingers and be very hard to clean off. Also the screws that come with plates don't match what is shown in the pictures. I ordered three different plates and the screws all have a rounded head that is nowhere near flush with the plate like convention switch plate screws so it's easy to get your fingernails caught on the screws. I'm sending these back. Not worth the cost in my opinion.
