Hard to fit resulting in crack
Like the other reviews have said, the plastic backing makes it difficult for the plate to sit flush on the wall. I ended up removing it to see if it would work better. Unfortunately, the plate was still difficult to sit flush, and even the smallest tightening of a screw resulted in the entire plate cracking in half. It looks really clean and pretty, but for the hassle and the fact it can easily be cracked, not worth the money.

Nice product
The quality is very good but fitting the plates is a bit of a challenge requiring you to recess the switch and make sure the switch mounting screws are flush with the wall. The final product looks great.
